Button controls

One-button setup: Turn on auto-scan. The highlight moves by itself. Press Space or Enter with the adaptive button to choose.
Two-button setup: Turn off auto-scan. Use one button for Tab or Right Arrow to move. Use the second button for Enter or Space to choose.
Extra shortcut: Press S to turn auto-scan on or off.
